How long do shipments take?
We process the shipments at the end of each day to be able to send them to the transport, the day after the purchase and through FEDEX for orders inside and outside of Spain. For this reason within Spain the delivery would be in 48 to 72 hours, in the case of shipments outside of Spain we will inform you of the times indicated by FEDEX.
Variations in the delivery time for custom-made orders will be scheduled via email, which you must forward to Viento Norte, with confirmation and acceptance of the deadlines and personalization details.
Can I track my shipment?
Of course, at the time the shipment is made, you will receive the codes in your email so that you can know at all times what the status of your order is.
